2024 in Review—A Message from Our President

A New Year’s Letter from Dan Bonner, President of Baart Industrial Group

As 2024 comes to an end, I want to reflect on the remarkable year that Baart Industrial Group had. We achieved several milestones that demonstrated our dedication to excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

Highlights from 2024:

• Vortex Speed Reducer (VMRV Series): Launched a new series to offer superior performance, durability, and efficiency for various industrial applications.
• Lubrilife Solid Lubrication: Expanded our product portfolio with this food-safe bearing solid lubrication technology that eliminates maintenance and maximizes performance.
• SolarFlex Couplings: Began manufacturing these flexible and durable couplings, designed as replacements for TB Wood’s Sure-Flex® couplings, to handle high torque and speed, as well as vibration and shock.
• Turner Drop-In Replacements: Launched drop-in replacements for the Dodge® Type E bearing, enhancing our product range.
• Warehouse Expansion: Expanded our footprint in Houston to 93,000 square feet to house the extra inventory, showcasing our growth.

Despite facing challenges such as economic slowdown and election uncertainty, Baart Industrial Group adapted and grew. We added many new customers and hired three new outside salespeople, allowing us to continue growing even in a tough economy. Our large inventory has been crucial in helping our customers keep their operations running smoothly during these times.

Looking ahead to 2025, we have exciting objectives and strategies that align with our vision, mission, and values:

• Expand Engineering Services: To allow for quicker response times to customers needing design or problem-solving assistance.
• Innovate with New Product Releases: Continuously introducing new products to help our customers with a one-stop-shop experience.
• Enhance E-Commerce Site: Making our eShop platform more user-friendly through significant investments in training our salespeople and improving our e-commerce platform
• Add Additional Outside Salespeople: Further expanding our team to better serve our customers.

Trends and Developments for 2025:

• System Improvements: Adding new equipment and expanding our warehouse footprint to enhance efficiency.
• Upgraded Website: Releasing a new site designed to assist engineers with 3D modeling, 2D drawings, White Papers, Case Studies, and more. This project will be ongoing, with continuous upgrades to all our websites.
